The Promptings of the Spirit

Imaginative prayer

As we draw near to the close of the season of Ordinary Time, I wanted this week’s blog to focus on guided prayer. Guided prayer functions much like a meditation, inviting the person praying to move slowly and intentionally through reflection. Here is a more guided, immersive version inspired by the Last Supper—perhaps something you might return to or share again during Holy Week.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your spiritual journey!

Keep at it! Keep praying. Love the Lord.

Peace and Grace.
